[MRCG] Wtd: TCS rcvr dial

Andy...you can call of your search for the TCS rcvr , if you haven't
already.
 After many different attempts at cleaning up the dial I had  finally had
some success..not perfect but  much better than what it was...tnx for the
offer help..
