[MRCG] Radio Exercise for MRCG 2023, Friday 5/5

The last time I was on the Hill I had to get the gate key from Range
Control - who you need to check in with in any event.  (they need to know
who-is-where....)  Another time it was unlocked...No biggie, very
cooperative if they know in advance..
Area WX report looks to be cool, upper 50's, Rain Thursday AM, then 20%
chance of rain Thurs PM-Sat.
