[MRCG] Possible Radio Exercise for MRCG 2023

   In years past we have done a radio exercise on the Friday of MRCG,
I'm willing to organize this but need to know if there is any interest. 

   I will bring either a PRC-320 or PRC-515 HF packset, we will operate
on 3.885 MHz, AM. Tentatively we would all assemble at the NCO Club and
at 9 AM go out into the field and operate for an hour with the plan to
be back at 11:30 AM at the latest. 

  At this time I do not know if we will be allowed access to the
communications site on the hill above the base so assume not. In years
past people have gone to various locations off site, assume this will be
the case again this year. 

  I no longer own any VHF (wideband FM) military gear so anyone who
wishes to operate such gear will need to organize that themselves.
