[MRCG] Alternative Camping for MRCG

See the PDF that I sent with information.  Billeting on base is okay for civilians with a sponsor.  Here is the short story and my understanding:

Best practice is to:

1) reference the group; that you are "part of the MRCG event".
2) reference the Sponsor (Erik Brun, Lt Colonel retired, US Army)
3) provide the check in and check out dates

Soooooo, what is the status of booking to stay in the barracks on the base ???  Do you have to be active/retired military ???  I called the billeting office and they never asked if I was military !!!

I would hate to show up and find out that they require a military ID and then have no place to stay ???

By the way, we are all taxpayers !!!
