Presentation Options - please reply if still interested in presenting, and which slot:

. Erik Brun - Walking tour of Camp SLO [Historical Avenue]

. Richard Ferranti - USFS Radios

. Verne Anderson - Power Line RFI (or Doublet Antenna)

. Byorn Forsberg - WW1 Radio (hands on operation)

A final presentation schedule will be provided at Check-In with additional Venue information and maps. If there are others interested in presenting, let me know and we can finalize a schedule with the presenters.

Venue

This is still being worked out. The NCO Club will not be ready. We are hoping to have access to the South Wing of the Fight House, and setup tables for displays. If this does not work out, we will have classrooms available for display setup and presentations. The venue will be announced (specific rooms and locations as soon as it is locked down). This information will be available upon check in at Bldg 807 (next to the PX). If we are unable to get the old Mess Hall for the pancake breakfast, then it will be FFYL.

Venue location has been the most difficult part of this effort. I am certain that I have overlooked something and will be sure to provide a circular complaint and suggestion container. I am going to try and get T-Shirt ordering online for those that would like to arrive in uniform.

Base Access

All the names of those that have provided an RSVP or expressed interest in attending will be provided to the front gate. The front gate will also be apprised of the event to smooth entrance. Be sure to STOP at the first STOP sign and DO NOT PROCEED until WAIVED FORWARD. This is common base practice and should be followed. Stopping, and proceeding (as if it were a normal street sign) can make for a grumpy guard. Vehicles operated on base must adhere to the following:

and the following is required to gain access to the installation with a vehicle.

* Before coming to CSLO, please ensure that you have the following

current documents with you.

*             A current/valid driver's license.  If you will be operating a motor

vehicle for any length of time on Camp San Luis Obispo, you must have in your possession a valid/current driver's license or a valid extension to match your expired license.

* Proof of current vehicle registration. If your registration has

expired, you must provide a copy of the expired registration and current proof of payment for the new registration.

* Proof of vehicle insurance. Must be current and contain policy

number, name of company, name of the insured, and vehicle information.

* Valid form of U.S. Government issued identification for all

passengers over the age of 16.

* Rental Vehicle. Current rental agreement with all authorized

drivers.
