[MRCG] MRCG-West Groups IO is set up!

Hi Alex,

Have you signed up with Groups IO in the past for another group maybe? You have to have an account then you can subscribe to different groups. One account and password is all you need.  While I am not totally familiar with Groups IO, if you have set up an account in the past, you should be able to  enter the Email address you signed up with and request a new password.
