[MRCG] MRCG SLO Comms to N6CC

Hi Dave - I worked Andy today at 1200 but he was still at the Radio Ranch,
leaving for SLO tomorrow....  Good sigs...I will be monitoring 7050
tomorrow during the day, paying particular attention to the top of each
hour but might hear any call otherwise if I am in the room at the time...
