Yes.  MRCG-West moved over to groups.iO, it was part of the shift to include the new web-site also. 

This one is still active because it’s not shut down, i am not sure who controls the QTH version but all communication moved over about 2 months ago.   I believe the reasoning was the ability to search past messages ect….
