[MRCG] Clatternet today

[Nick England]

I'm confused (a semi-permanent state of affairs, I'll admit).
I have seen postings with 1400, 1500, and 2200 Zulu

The MRCG web site says 2200Z (1500 PDT) - Is that still correct?
