[MRCG] 6 wire start-stop switch

Nick,
If I can find the correct start-stop switch I'll make a remote start-stop myself there's nothing fancy going on here. Not too picky about the accuracy of how it looks or if it never was used with the TCK transmitter just needs to function the sameway.
