[MRCG] MRCG Meet 2022, ART-13 and TCS AC Power Supplies Parts

   I have some items that could be used for an ART-13 power supply and
also home brewed  TCS AC power supply. 

   For the ART-13 I have NOS high voltage transformer, 1290 volts CT @
400 ma, I may also have a choke and transformer for the 400 VDC supply.
This stuff is HEAVY, I won't ship but can bring to the 2022 MRC Meet or
meet at a reasonable distance from the Bay Area for both items. I have
pictures. 

  For the TCS I have home brewed power supply, it will require some
restoration but looks to have all the required transformer and chokes,
it has an octal connector and a 4 pin jones connector, there are pins
are labeled. 

  I have not powered this up, I have pictures.
