Vern brings up a good point, mea culpa - I had the dates wrong:
The Dates WILL BE - October 6, 7 and 8 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
BILLETING
Individuals will be responsible for scheduling their stay on base with the Billeting Office

BASE PASSES/ACCESS
I am working with Major Claffey to get details on what will be needed for base access. Once I have that information I will provide it. This is all breaking news.
CATERING
This is open for discussion. Erik Brun has local contacts and "catering" might give you the wrong impression. This will be more along the lines of a "burrito wagon". Meal Delivery Services have exploded thru the pandemic and there is everything from Thai food to Kabab's. If we have several groups join us on Friday (MVCC) then having this as an option might be good to have. There will be no 'reservation' required or need to participate. Once we have a good idea on the head count, we will see if there is a service that will want to come out and hang their shingle.
FUNDS
I am not sure who holds those at the moment. We are looking for sponsors. We are also considering a pancake breakfast to help raise $$ to cover costs. (Costs are TBD based on locations we land at). With our on-base sponsor, we are hoping that we will get preferential treatment.

I am confused about the dates. Maybe it is due to having issues at NCO Club renovations?
I would have thought Thursday 6th arrive afternoon with setup then and Friday setup/Presentations.
Sat - swap and wrap-up afternoon. Depart afternoon Sat. Similar to what we had in pass meets at SLO.
Also use of Mess Hall, Billeting and camping?
Base Passes needed for entrance - vehicle license & insurance required.
Personally having Catering done can be quite expensive as experienced when I was employed.
Personally pizza might be idea? Who pays/cost?
Also I wonder how much funds are left from past swaps? Biggest issue is people showing up for the swap and not contributing to cost for the event. Won’t mention any names.
Anyway plenty of time to sort out event.
