Good day,

I've been tasked with (hopefully) finding a new home for a telecom-grade high-current 24VDC power system. The system itself is conservatively rated at 9kW capability at a nominal 24V, and can be used stand-alone or with backup batteries. The whole thing is in its own rack (23-inch by 7 foot height), with battery breaker and distribution panel, and is early-2000's vintage.

It was still very much alive when pulled out of service (we switched over to 48V systems), and I don't see why it wouldn't work just fine for powering military radios in, say, a lab or test environment. Input power requirements are at least one 208-230V 1-phase outlet (ideally, there should be one per power module).

Located at WSP D2 HQ in Bellevue, Washington (east of Seattle). Best of all is the price - FREE! All you need to do is contact me for an appointment, and come in to haul it away. If you want to transport it intact, I would recommend a lift-gate equipped truck (pickup or larger) and two or more people. It can, if necessary, be broken down into its separate components (which would not require a truck at all).

Pictures on request (I wasn't sure if it was OK to post four 2MB image files to the group).

                Thanks much.
