[MRCG] M-209 Converter Paper Source for Slitting

There is a guy on eBay who is selling Ticker Tape for $15 a roll.  The
paper is 15/16" wide, and slit down to 3/8" it would yield two strips.

This could be a good source of paper for those who want to slit their own,
without having to glue several shorter strips together to make the ~4" roll
for the M-209.
