[MRCG] Clatternet today - No Joy

Bands are weak.  I did hear the USS Iowa NEPM on 6903 USB earlier but
pretty weak.  Heard some weak SSB on 5371, no callsigns.  I listened for
the AFD RATT stations but no joy either.
