[MRCG] Spec for Converter M-209 Paper

Non-gummed option would make sense when we hit Japan and the islands. My
little roll was gummed, but didn't stick very well after 70 years.

I looked at the video, but don't think I will need such a large machine.
The guy was making rolls for a Morse Register and a Siemens T68d, where the
larger rolls would be more practical.

I think I will start with a hand crank like I do when slitting film for my
miniature cameras, and go from there.
