[MRCG] Shelter

This is the same model of shelter + radio set (or a close variant) to the one I displayed at MRCG on the back of my HMMWV many, many years ago. If I didn't already have one just like it, I'd be *super* tempted! I can think of a few MRCG folks who might badly need this shelter.
