[MRCG] Annual MRCG meet

I like the idea....  something versus nothing again this year!   2 thoughts:

1)  Most people would probably want to spend a night in the area since Paso
Robles is a bit of a drive for most of us.
2)  The MVCC Camp Plymouth is that week 28 April - 1 May.  A potential date
conflict for a few of us.. MVCC is planning for it to happen but
County/Fairgrounds may still not permit it per covid stuff.  I dunno.
