[MRCG] Net time change

[JAMES FALLS]

 Watching the Vandenburg ionosonde over the past week or so, NVIS MUF has been all over the place between 0100 and 0500. The climb out of the hole between 1300 and 1600 has been more consistent - good for late morning and afternoon ops. 
......Maybe I SHOULD retire early...... :=)
