Actually the Iowa has had a few successful RATT contacts using all vintage equipment. The bugs we are working out now are finding a way to ensure the 3510s hold a mark during receive to prevent the teletypes from printing junk between real signals.
Every other Saturday (this Saturday was one) they usually give it a shot between 0900-1200 PDT. The frequencies very but usually 14.086 or 7.086.
