[MRCG] Saturday Net time change

OK Mark - I'll be on 7087 kc Clatternet at 2200Z (3PM) today - if you don't
call it as NCS I will give it a go (I could not hear you at 1900 PDT the
past 2 weeks).  Not sure what Props will be like but these are still
"experiments" for now as the season changes..
Dave ran a second trial MRCG CW Net yesterday on 75 meters at 1730 PDT and
propagation was pretty good with local NVIS inside of 30 miles plus 100 or
so down to Andy.  We are still experimenting so no standard day/time as
yet.  We had 2 TCS's, a WS-52 and a BC-1306 on the Net yesterday.

We still guard 3550/7050 kc in the evenings/days for chats & radio checks...
