Hi Eugene,
Just wanted to let you know that clicking on the first two links 
brings up nothing for me. And clicking on the second is problematic 
since many people do not have the modern Excel program to open up the 
xlsx format. I'd highly recommend you saving the spreadsheet in the 
older format, which more people can bring up. Just an idea.
