[MRCG] NO ATTACHMENTS ON THE LIST

Folks, the MRCG list is text-only. I'm stuck at home with a lousy cell phone tether, and it's getting choked with the administrator moderation messages (with all attachments present) from a member who's posting lots of large pictures. That member is temporarily unsubscribed now, and I've disabled image attachments.
