[MRCG] Clatternet II III?

Hi Mark.  Well experience (and VOACAP) tells me that 7087 between you and
me (368 miles - short skip) is OK for right now and earlier in the day, but
it will be fading fast as the sun goes lower past 4 PM PST, 2300Z.  But it
is generally a good time for me "chores wise".  But I gotta get my RATT TX
rig re-jiggered first...
