[MRCG] Clatternet Restart

How about if we tentatively set Clatternet for 16:00 PDT on Saturdays (45 minutes before the AM net), on the 40m band (7087)?

I can begin getting on the air at 16:00 PDT daily for a while, starting today, for propagation checks and dusting off the old equipment. We can adjust the time as needed based on our preliminary experiments.
