[MRCG] MRCG net time

Later or earlier.  It seems like when Dave (EPI) and Al (GER) were
running it they would start at 9:00 or 9:30 in the morning on
Saturdays, and a little earlier than that wouldn't hurt this time of
year.

A different band might give better propagation later or earlier in the
day, too. I think Dave and Al started out on 30m and eventually ended
up on 80 when the sunspot cycle fizzled (like now).
