[MRCG] MRCG net time

Subject: [MRCG] MRCG net time


Propagation in the last few weeks has been very poor so I would like to propose a net start time change to 8:00 PM west coast time. This would keep us closer to sunset which seems to be the best time for the coverage we are shooting for. Thoughts?
