Copies of this book can be had from Alibris.com for under 3 bucks FYI.
And I have had very good luck buying through Alibris. I've purchased
probably 200+ books from them over the past 15 years.

There is an English version (1983) with Lorain listed as the author and
no mention of Kahn, with a slightly different title. Do a title search on:

It covers radio gear, firearms, direction finding techniques, cryptography, resistance operations, Nazi countermeasures, etc. I found mine via Amazon and a 3rd party book seller for a price of $20 plus s/h.
