[MRCG] N6CC is up on 3587 kc RATT

Hi Dan - Yeppir!  I am hearing a very weak RATT signal on 3587 but just in
the noise so I just get garble, if that.
Looks like we should try again next week.  We'll see if 3587 works for us.
Let's see how propagation works at 0300Z when the
MRCG AM net starts on 3985...
