[MRCG] Clatternet tonite - WTF?

Ha!  Good plan.. Cal ISO is advising that they may shut off the power at
any moment.  It's 95 F here right now..So maybe I'll take the gear off the
line and keep some more water in Lake Shasta .
I am hearing a very weak signal on 3587.. Right in my noise level...Will
try to decode...
