[MRCG] Clatternet FSK converter

I’m under the impression I have a CV-189? Are these easy to get running?

Am I understanding correctly it’s both a receive AND transmit converter?

(Fixing up that sx 28 has been on my to-do list for over a couple decades,
my Dad, non-ham, bought it on impulse in the late 1960’s in SF. Being told
not to touch it as a toddler absolutely lit off the boat anchor sickness!🤣
