Chuck was weak, but heard Mike, Mark, Tom, Rich, and net control well here in Monroe, WA.   The PRC-104 tuner didn't like the new 146' dipole, or end fed  60' inverted L.  Would probably be difficult to hit anyone with 20W anyways.    The GRC-106s, Harris 5000s, and GRC-193 were booming in here.  Didn't hear what others were running.
