Check to see if the vibrator power supply works. Without the TM in front of
me, I couldn't tell you which pins it is on the plug, but a quick set of
work with jumper cables and a power source will do.

Great little radios, well, little is a relative term, they weigh ~50 lbs or
so, lol.

If you have the opportunity, I'd pull the radio and power supply from the
case, and inspect them. There is a cable in the back of the cabinet that
connects the two units, give that a close once-over too. I've actually seen
where the one end of the cable, had pins snapped off the plug of the cable.
Could be tough to fix, I've unfortunately never been able to find one of
those plugs...just something to be mindful of...
