[MRCG] BC-312 restoration help

Anyone on here ever work on a BC-312?  I just brought one back from Robert Downs in Texas and am cosmetically restoring the faceplate.  Once that is done, I’m trying to get some assistance with checking it’s functionality before pairing it with a BC-191 and installing in my halftrack.  Definitely willing to pay for the work, just need the expertise.
