[MRCG] parts for small military gensets?

Has anyone had any luck finding engine parts for these?
I've got a 1.5 KW, 120vac, 60 cps genset (cannot find an model number on the
set). It uses a 2 cyl, 4 cycle Continental engine which does have a tag. It
refers to TM5-5287 as the manual but have had no luck finding it.

Tried contacting Continental and never got a response.
Need two piston rods.
