[MRCG] FS: EAC R-390A

Bought this from Dennis Duvall W7QHO back in mid 2017 as a project and 
just haven't had time for it; trying to clean up the shack a bit and 
make more room for current projects.

Definitely a project; sensitivity is down on all bands/filter settings, 
especially the 16kHz setting and a replacement 16 kHz filter is 
included.  Top & bottom covers are present (actually two bottom covers) 
and the front panel is rough, but it does fire up & receive on all bands.

Asking $200 (same as I paid).  Located in Big Bear City CA.
