[MRCG] 2020 MRCG West Coast Meet

I agree on the date.  It makes it a lot easier for other meets in the 
Spring.

On another thought, has anyone tried to contact the Commanding Officer at 
SLO and see if we can come back?  Most of those posts are for about 12 
months and then they changes C.O.s.  We may be able to return there!

I agree with Verne to keep our first May weekend.I anyone trying to get us 
back to SLO, as that venue is much better than Paso Robles in many
