I don't think I'll be joining folks at Jocko's this year, because I'm planning to travel with my dog.

I plan to operate my PRC-70 on HF, and a SINCGARS on 6m FM this year. But this year I'll have a long fishing pole style antenna for the SINCGARS, so hopefully somebody will be able to hear me this time! I'm going to operate from the camping area. If there's interest in doing any HF RTTY, I should be able to run that mode (cheating with a laptop and sound card interface connected to my PRC-70, though).

Several years ago, a few of us also operated those little 2.4 GHz Marconi/Selex PRC-343 radios that flooded the market for a while. Do any of y'all who are coming to the meet this year have one? I can bring mine if there will be anybody else to play with.

Is there any interest in running field phones in the camping area?
