Same experience here. I faintly heard Tom K6LQI's voice once, W8VG was not strong but was quite clear, and I could hear NI6Q just a little bit. I didn't try transmitting under those conditions. The conditions wounded weird to me, because I usually expect to hear a lot of SSB traffic from the midwest when the band goes long... this time, it was just quiet except for the AZ stations.
