[MRCG] Winter propagation issues

Brown W1NZR stopped by for dinner last night. He said 80 has the same  issues back east. The band goes long at 1700  local time there.

Sounds good, Andy! 1800 is right in the middle of Dinner time here. Takes several hours after sunset for 80 to settle down lately.
