Hello Steve.
Never found my Airborne WWI material and did not have time to re-create a new presentation on the subject.
However, got a new toy, a WWI manpac spark transmitter and found that I also have the companion receiver and other associated items.
I can bring the artifacts for a presentation on a " WWI Field Set 1917". Will not bother with any visual screen support, as all the hardware will be there so they can burn their fingers on 20 kV sparks. (Yes, the thing works).
Please give me 45 max. minutes and please respond if you want me to present it, just so I know what to bring. The spark transmitter will be there anyhow as a display.
Thanks,
Bjorn

All-
So we’re a week away from the 23rd MRCG meet! I’m looking forward to it and the new venue, Estrella Warbirds Museum in Paso Robles.
The Plan of the Day has been posted to the MRCG website:

(Thanks Mark!)
A couple of updates:
1) Early arrivals Thursday should plan to arrive between 1400 and 1600. The museum closes at 1600. Check-in will be at or near the museum main building entrance.
2) MRCG will issue the Estrella Warbirds Museum pass with the MRCG badges.
3) The museum gate will open Friday and Saturday by 0715.
4) Restrooms are available to campers at the Red Ball Express building – no showers are available.
5) As mentioned before, there is no equipment drop-off or setup until Friday morning.
Admission also includes a museum pass good during the entire MRCG meet. We will be issuing the pas with the 2018 MRCG badges. Please remember to take time to enjoy the exhibits at the museum.
More details about the exhibits can be found at the Estrella Warbirds Museum website:

Safe travels to all; I look forward to see you there!
