[MRCG] Restored C-47 Cockpit on Trailer

Brings back memories.  I got to fly co-pilot in the Navy version (R4D) on a 
training flight from NAS Corpus Christi, TX to NAS Montery, CA.  Fun trip 
with low-altitude flying that you'll never experience in today's jet 
transports.
