[MRCG] HAMCON 2017 MRCG Presentation

Jack Eyster, president of the San Fernando Valley ARC, has asked if someone from MRCG can make a 20-30 minute presentation about MRCG at the 2017 Hamcon in Torrance. Looks like it occurs in September.

It would be a great opportunity to explain what MRCG is and does before a large audience. A demo of some stuff would be cool, too.
