[MRCG] MRCG Annual Meet 2017 - Call for Volunteers

It’s time to get ready for the Annual Meet that happens on 5th & 6th May at Camp San Luis Obispo this year. Help Needed !


First - I need T-shirt ideas again. I’ll have the T-shirt production shop do the artwork, I think they’ll do a great job and it’ll cut down on our workload.

Second - we need presenters for talks and displays, and volunteers to coordinate them.

Third - based on last year’s success, we’re looking for 3 sponsors @ $200 each to offset costs. Sponsors will receive prominent credit in the display hall.
            I’ll sign up for one of those, so that only leaves 2 to go !
            FYI - This year we can drop the requested donation to $10 per person, and still be in the black.

Fourth – we need to publicize the event. Looking for volunteers to contact ARRL and the various magazines, websites, etc.

Fifth – We need 2 volunteers to organize and conduct the Junk Auction.


So there you have it – I’ll do the NCO Club stuff, the insurance and the T-shirts. All y’all will have to do the rest, ok eh ?
