[MRCG] Electric Radio error regarding the MRCG 2017 event dates

I am presently drafting a note to Ray pointing out the error to him - and
asking that he publish a correction for the next issue(s).  But I think
you're right, most guys will figure it out.

He has been very good about running the announcements that I have sent him
over the years.  Somehow he got confused this time, maybe due to another
input he got this time...
You should be getting the goodie package from ARRL in the next month or
two, we are on track with them/QST.
