[MRCG] Electric Radio error regarding the MRCG 2017 event dates

Hi John - I just received the Feb issue of ER.  Unfortunately Ray ran the
announcement that I had sent him last year for the 2016 event at SLO.  (I
had not sent him one for the 2017 event as I understand someone else had
already sent him something..)  Ray did not contact me about this and
unfortunately it includes the days for last years event 6&7 May 2016.
Hopefully readers will recognize the 2016 date as published.

The 2017 MRCG event at San Luis Obispo will be May 4, 5 and 6.
