[MRCG] Time for a net time change again?

It is not a silly clock resetting, it is a VERY SILLY clock resetting.My native Sweden adopted the unusual idea & people now prefer to be on straight time through the year. Nothing to do with the Heaviside layer, but the lack of sunshine.Bjorn

Confirmed! And as Tom pointed out, probably 1800 local the following week due to the silly clock resetting.
