[MRCG] Time for a net time change again?

 Sounds like we should change the time, plus next weekend we go back on
Standard Time so if it works out the following weekend we should go to 1800.

Our net time has been 20:00 on 3985 for a while. Last weekend, the band was
already long by 20:00, and this week, there's another band running right
smack on 3985 with stations heard from the midwest and the southern states.
I think it may be time to shift to an earlier start time due to the earlier
sundown.

Shall we try for 19:00 next weekend?
