The band was long and noisy, I could hear Paul, N6FEG quite well but he is across the bay from me and ground wave. Bjorn, SM6UR who is also in the South Bay not well at all, I could make out a few words. Craig, N6CAV was no copy here and I could hear Mark, NF6X but with great difficultly, just poor band conditions.

The Collins Net the night before had changed time from 8 to 7 PM, I got in late as I didn't know the  time was changed, Net Control was closest to me, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, he was good copy as were the other guys all of which were in Southern California.

Whats with the AM net?  I listened at 6:00 PST and all I heard was a couple carriers that were so weak I couldn't even hear any audio. Who was on? I'm south of LA.  Tom,  K6LQI ______________________________________________________________
