I also need to get mine going - I only have the machine, no accessories or
table. Maybe chart recorder paper might work ? Some of that made smoke, see
vintage Brush 8-channel recorders - about the right width, too.

My company produces the software and computer systems that are used by NWS
and other agencies worldwide that continue to transmit weather charts via HF
radio. I think we're the last ones that make this type of stuff, lol.

If there is interest, I'll put up an internet feed hosted on the MRCG
website that sends pictures in this legacy fax format, kinda like ITTY does
for Teletype. I actually had it running on the old site for awhile, but I
think I was the only one who ever played with it. Might make a fun demo for
next year's MRCG meet.

Instead of weather charts, we can make it accept uploads of any image to
transmit - the software doesn't care.

Get in touch with Dick Dillman W6AWO @ ddillman at igc.org

He has a complete one with operating table TXC-1. He has had it operational
I believe and can probably help you with your questions. Ryan had the LS -11
speaker at SLO for that TXC-1.

I have a TXC also , never got it going...yet.

Subject: [MRCG] Aluminized Paper for AN/TXC-1 Facsimile Machine

At this year's MRCG meet, I began negotiations to procure an AN/TXC-1
facsimile machine. Assuming that the deal continues to completion, can
anybody help me figure out how to find usable paper for it? Trying a google
search for anything related to facsimile, fax, or electrostatic paper has so
far just yielded lots of noise about thermal fax paper and toner-based
electrostatic printing.
